| Re: Best Place to Camp! We are somewhere in the middle of roughing it and luxury. We have a pop-up camper. Our favorites are the state parks in Vermont (Jamaica, Little River). We have also enjoyed many parts of New York -- Lake George, Lake Placid, Watkins Glen. Lake George is great if you can time it with the balloon festival in September. Also have to mention the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The second weekend in June we are taking the camper to Brewster down the Cape! Also a really nice campground that we hit at least once a year. |
