| Better to Wait? I need to book a flight for my D from Buffalo to Oklahoma City on June 24th of this year and right now there is a flight on Delta for about $89. The mother of the girl she is supposed to travel with says to "wait for the summer sales", but I can't think they'll drop any lower than that. What do you think?I really need to know ASAP. Thank you!

| Based on historical data from Airline tickets, Discount Airfare, Helping you find Cheap Flights At FareCompare, June prices for BUF to OKC were @$250 roundtrip. $89 (one-way) definitely looks good. Base fares seem to be slowly on the increase everywhere. My normal internet fare of $99 on Southwest now starts at $117. Makes me really appreciate those 'Dings!'

| WEll, the fare had been up there for two days, and the woman that I was trying to co-ordinate arrangements with drug her heels and woldn't you know it, when I sat down to book it- ONLY 2 hours later, it was gone and marked up by $100. I NEED to get 2 of us there (gong at different times, returning together). Any thoughts as to the fare situation in the summer- I mean OKC is HOT and not a lot of folks are clammering to get there....
