| AAA question We are staying at the Poly for 6 nights and wanted to add 2 nights at Pop Century. At first we were just going to do a room only. The AAA TA said Disney doesn't give a AAA discount on room only but would give a discount for the package. Although when I called Disney direct they give a AAA discount on a room only. Then I said what would the price of the package (with dining) would be and the AAA TA said it would have to be a 2 day park hopper. And thenI don't understand why I can't add the 2 extra days at POP and then get a 9 day hopper. Wouldn't that be significantly cheaper? Can this be done? |

| Disney does offer a room only AAA discount, and if the discount is available those rooms can be booked by any TA, not just those at AAA. If booking a package with a AAA discount, only a AAA TA (that's a lot of A's The Magic Your Way with dining typically only requires a 1 day base ticket, but I am not sure if perhaps the AAA discount package requires a 2 day ticket. Either way, I don't see any reason why you couldn't do the package with a 9 day ticket and then do a separate room only reservation with the AAA discount. Hope that helps!

| I'm sorry you were given wrong information from the AAA TA. You can most certainly get whatever you want as far as tickets w/ a package go. If you want a one day ticket w/ a package, that's fine. And yes, you can get a AAA room only discount. Any TA or Disney can provide this rate. AAA is the only place you can get the room discount on a package though, meaning you have to call AAA. I'd make sure you ask for a Disney Specialist next time you call your local AAA. Each office has one or two of them. Good luck! Jennifer AAA Club 084

| Yesterday I went to the local office and explained my situation to one of the TA's there. She called Disney and they told her they couldn't combine the two reservations because their system wouldn't let them. So I made my my room only reservation for 2 nights at Pop Century. I'm thinking I should have them call again during the week when they are not so busy. Maybe being a Sat, they just couldn't deal with having to figure this one out. |

| It's correct that they can't combine the two reservations. You would have to make two separate reservations - one for the package and one room only - and pay two different deposits.
