| ? on possible upgrade Hi, I'm booked at the CR for September ... Tower Magic Kingdom View. I recently received an email welcoming my family to the CR Tower Club and offering planning services? Are mistakes often made in passing along guest info to Concierge IPO departments? Or have I possibly been upgraded? Thanks for any insights offered. Stephanie |

| I would make a quick call to either your TA or Disney (however you booked) and ask if they have you listed in a concierge room. If it was an upgrade, what a great suprise!
