Holiday Travel Packages to WDW

My wife and I definitely want to take our family to WDW during the holidays in 2008 but don't want to get soaked on cost. Thanksgiving seems more do-able than Christmas but wondered if there were any packages or specials that were usually offered at that time. We definitely want to be on property for either Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day if possible.

Thanksgiving Day should be less expensive and less crowded than Christmas Day, although the Thanksgiving holiday is getting more and more popular. It seems to slow down a little after the holiday, so I would say your best bet may be to check in a day or two before Thanksgiving and then stay longer afterwards, hopefully you'll miss most of the crowds and still have an enjoyable vacation that won't cost a small fortune!

The problem with Thanksgiving Day is that every restaurant is absolutely slammed (SLAMMED). Reservations will be as much as two hours late. And you WILL have to have one. Made as early as possible.
