Hi There

We stayed in a vacation home last December. We absolutely loved it! It was less than 5 minutes to Disney and about 15 minutes to Universal and the rates were extremely reasonable. Ours was a 4 bedroom 2 bath with a private pool. You can rent 3 bedroom condos which would even be cheaper than a 3 bedroom home. As far as any hidden fees, the websites go over all the extra fees. There will be a cleaning fee and a refundable deposit. The deposit on ours was $300 and it was returned to our credit card exactly 2 weeks later, just as the website described. Hope this helps!

Edited to add: For reference a 3 bedroom condo will run about $109-$149 per night with about a $70 cleaning fee (one time charge) and a $300 refundable deposit (charged on CC at time of check in)
A 3 bedroom house with a private pool will run about $149- $189 per night with about a $95 cleaning fee and a $300 refundable deposit.
Of course, these prices do not include taxes. A lot of these homes also offer 15% off for stays 7 days or longer.

I use Florida Sun Vacation Homes. Also, All Star Vacation Homes is a sponser of these boards, I have heard many happy stories from folks who have used them.
