| No. Was he/she perhaps talking about room discounts? Not really blackout dates, but they announce certain dates and rates a few months in advance. Yes, the Florida resident pass has blackout dates. Call back if you get a confusing answer. In fact, call back twice. I frequently make three calls if the first answer seems odd, and I'm supposed to know what I'm doing (or at least that's what the certificate says).
