Anybody Out Here Work for AAA?

I've decided to throw my hat into the AAA ring. I dropped off a resume and sent a letter to the regional manager. I have a few questions:

I know that AAA agents have other duties, but how do they pay? Is it only through commissions? Or is there a salary + bonus structure? Or just salary?

Is this the kind of job that provides opportunities for advancement?

What other kind of "perks" are offered?

What is a typical day like for a AAA agent?

Thanks for help.

You could PM Jennifer2003 - she is a AAA TA. Good luck with your decision!

AAA is run regionally so I can't speak for the Club you are applying to. AAA isn't a "franchise" the way McDonald's is a franchise, but each regional branch can run their business how they want as far as perks/salary/bonuses etc. Membership offerings and discounts can vary based on what Club you belong to as well.

I can say though that I do enjoy my job! I hope all AAA Clubs are the same!

Good luck with your application!
