| can you change your TA? I am currently booked for our WDW trip with my boss's TA (he gave me a very generous gift! so didn't have much of a choice) but would really rather be using another. Is it possible to change?

| Yes, you'll have to have some information faxed into WDTC. The agent you'd like to switch to should have a form of theirs most likely that they use, etc. I'd contact the TA and discuss it with them directly.

| Thank you - I'll decide tomorrow what I'm going to do when I hear how she handles the possibility of me being able to take advantage of the special for 2009 (7 nights for 4!).

| While it is definitely possible it may not be that easy. Many TAs will not take a transfer from another agent (only transfers from direct with Disney bookings) out of professional courtesy. Also, if it is with a TA currently they "own" the reservation and in addition to the transfer form, the original TA must agree to release the reservation. Some agents will not release the reservation as obviously they have done some work and would not make any commission. You may need to cancel and start again (provided they don't have cancellation fees) if you feel strongly about switching. Good luck

| I was considering it as I was not getting a response back from the office when I called them about the "7 for 4" deal, but thankfully, they did call back late Friday morning and rebooked me with the special at POR (so no changes, but I saved money). I had a really bad experience with a TA in 2006 (not this one) and had my heart set on using a particular agency/agent as I know they/she specializes in Disney and my "stupid, pain in the neck" questions are to be expected.
