Using TA for first time need Help

I did not know what to call this but hopefully someone will read this.
The Last time we went to WDW, I did all the planning myself and sometimes it was more than I could handle. I still missed out on some of the deals. This time i wanted to use TA , so that person can make sure we were getting the best deal and help answer questions. I ask for a couple of quotes from this particular TA. I was very specfic about which resort we wanted, we needed a handicap room with a shower only, what views we were willing to take. She responded with a couple of quotes that I am not to sure about and not one of the quotes was for a handicap room. They were for rooms with bunk beds which we totally do not need. She said Disney require a confirm ressie before checking about Handicap room. Now I am feeling guilty about using her. She is not on this board that is why I am asking. My Questions are as follows

1) Do I have to use her if I decide that I want to do it myself or use someone else?
2) On the Platinum package that Disney offers, do I have to get park hoppers, water parks and no expiration if I don't need them? I ask this because Disney web site will give me a quote without these features but I just use the site as a guide not for booking.
3) Do I have to pay a deposit and get a confirm reservation before I can get a guaranteed handicapped accessible room?

Sorry to be asking so many questions. I just feel guilty for asking her and there is a possibilty of me not using her.

Thanks
Dawn

You are under no obligation to use this agent. You do not need to have park hoppers, etc with the Platinum package. (Although I do recommend park hoppers! ) You do not need to pay a deposit to request an accessible room but you do need to have a reservation on a courtesy hold, which is only good for 7 days. Accessible rooms are subject to availability but Disney will do it's best to accomodate your reqeusts. Make sure that whatever TA you do go with, documents your specific needs thoroughly.

Good luck!
