| how far in advance can a TA book? If I wanted to book my own MYW package on Disney.com, they pretty much limit you to the current calendar year. But for our next trip I plan on using the wonderful TA who helped me with our Disney Cruise. Would she be able to make reservations farther ahead than that? I imagine that she would have to wait until Disney released their prices for the upcoming year...how far in advance do they do that? Also, is there a difference in the concierge service between Sugar Loaf and Royal Palm Club at the Grand Floridian? Everything that I have read has a different opinion and I am confused! Thank you!! |

| No real difference. Sometimes we'll get a week's advance notice, but that's usually more along the lines of "bookings will open next Tuesday" rather than "book today, consumers can't book until next week." Basically, we're limited by the same dates&rates releases as the general public. Typically, these come out around August for the first part of the following year, then around January for the rest of the year. It makes long range planning a PITA.

| While packages are not available until August (as previously posted), room only reservations can be made 500 days in advance. Your TA will need to cancel the room only and rebook in August when the prevailing rates/packages are offered but if you are looking for a room type that is limited, this guaranties you that space! Enjoy
