Question How long should it take....

to get a passport? I went about 3 weeks ago and applied, took pic and the woman at the Post Office sent everything out but I still haven't received ANYTHING back....No Birth Certificate, no Passport Book or the ID Card.....
Who should I contact if it doesn't get here?
