| I would call, yes. The WDW documents and the DME documents would go to the agent first and then to you but since the agents changed I would call to check on all the documents.

| I usually get my docs about 4 weeks out. But I always call my client the day the come in. So you might want to call at about 28 days. My BDM keeps telling me "we're going to go electronic pretty soon". It's been pretty soon for a while. Sigh, the magic is worth it.

| I just want to second (or third) that you should for sure call. DME has been having some computer issues as well and not all the reservations were getting through. I would imagine with AAA the documents would go to the agency first, so she could be waiting to send them with your Disney documents. But, definately Call ME and make sure you are set up.
