Help from other TA's.

Hi all. I have a room only in November using the TA rate. IN THE EVENT they offer a package after the booking window for the Fall program expires, what would be the best way to convert? I was looking for a phone # to call to see about converting or would I have to cancel my room only and rebook online? Keep in mind that I am already PIF and would need to apply that money to the rebook. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!!

You would use whatever phone number your agency uses to call WDTC. Different agencies use different numbers based on what consortium they belong to, whether they are Earmarked or not, etc.

Yup, what Sara said! Although you can only make your initial reservation online you can call your regular number to make changes. I did a similar thing last year and since the TA room only rates are set up like a package they were able to convert to the new package without refunding & rebooking.
