Question Travel Agent for Military

My BFF is a Navy wife, based in the DC area. She is trying to find a travel agency/agent who would be able to help her plan a late 3Q2013 early 4Q2013 WDW / DCL trip for her family of 2 adults and 3 children (11/8/5 @ time of trip). She wants to find a TA who is/was military and has experience using military discounts or getting the most bang for the buck. I believe she is plannnng on staying on property and is looking for a shorter cruise at the end of the WDW trip. Would you please help me point her in the right direction?
Thank you

There are many qualified & good travel agencies everywhere. A good place to start would be the Travel Agent Contact list..

good luck to her
