Disney can't confirm my reservation because I made it through Southwest?
We made a package reservation for hotel and air through Southwest online. We have a SW confirmation number for air and one for the hotel (Boardwalk). I just called the general Disney phone number about resort reservations because I want to add a crib to our room and they don't see our reservation. The cast member said that because it wasn't made through Disney, we aren't in their system just in the SW system.
At what point do we "exist" to Disney? 24 hrs before check-in?
The cast member said that at the Boardwalk, the cribs are there in the closet, so we don't have to worry about requesting one beforehand. That sounds odd to me.
