Any other airports?

I just checked on the air fares again (we're planning on going in February 2001). The fare that we were planning on getting jumped from $313.50 to $381. Are there any other airports nearby that we could possibly use as an alternate?

Re: Any other airports?

Simply Tiggerific: It is still very early for discounted airfares for that time frame. I would not worry about it just yet. Bestfares.com is having a coast to coast fare for summer and fall for 158.00 roundtrip, so I would keep an eye to the plane ticket sites ie;Travelocity, Expedia and Cheaptickets.com.
One of my clients needed an extra ticket to Kauai from Portland Oregon on Hawaiian Airlines. The Airlines and other sites wanted 720.00 roundtrip. I sent her to cheaptickets.com and the ticket was 550.32 plus 11.95 for Airbourne Express. A good alternate airport would be Tampa, but I bet you'll end up with a good fare into Orlando.
