Cancellation policies

Here are the following cancellation policies;

Disney Club-100.00 deposit, must be paid in full 21 days prior, 5 day cancellation period-has 8 digit number beginning with 4

WDW Travel-200.00 deposit, must be paid in full 45 days ahead, if cancelled less than 45 days, there are penalties unless you have insurance.-Has 8 digit number begins with 1

CRO- One night's room deposit, after deposit balance of room does not have to be paid until check in. 5 day cancellation policy.-has 12 digit number beginning with 3

The really big discounts usually come out of CRO and not Disney Club or WDW Travel.

Re: Cancellation policies

I know this question kind of dense but here goes--If I have not put anything down on our resort, not given any credit card #'s etc. do I have to cancel a ressie for a package I don't want or does Disney do it automatically when no deposit is sent? I booked WDW Travel Co. if it matters?

Re: Cancellation policies

WDW Travel gives you 7 days to pay deposit or it automatically cancels and CRO gives you 14 days or it will cancel. It is always best to cancel a reservation especially if it is for a discounted room as it is only fair to give other folks a chance.

Re: Cancellation policies

Thanks for the timely info Jean. I had booked and rebooked our reservation 3 times and I had gotten mixed up with which one I ended up with. Now I know I can wait until check-in to pay my balance
