Port Canaveral and MCO

Port Canaveral is closed until 8am Wed. MCO is open and operating, although reports are that some people are being told that they won't have a flight until Wednesday.

The Wonder and Magic were among 16 ships that docked Monday at either the Port of Miami or Port Everglades. A total of 35,000 passengers were handled Monday!

Then Magic stopped in Galveston for a replenishment. I'm not sure if/where the Wonder did. The Galveston stop had no planned excursions but there are lots of shops and restaurants next to the pier.

Currently, there are no changes planned for this Saturday's sailing out of Port Canaveral on the Disney Magic. Are you on this cruise? Keep in mind that due to hurricanes, all cruise lines reserve the right to change itineraries as they see fit, but it looks like, at this point, there are no changes to this week's cruise.

Re: Port Canaveral and MCO

The itineraries have been changed. The Magic is now going to St. Thomas and San Juan, with a stop at either Nassau or Castaway Cay, depending on the status of the latter. The Wonder will overnight in Nassau and then spend a day at sea.

Meanwhile, Disney has announced that no shows and cancellations will not be charged for the period Sunday the 12th through Thursday the 16th.
