No Invoice with Best Rate Program? I purchased the Best Rate program through my travel agent and have yet to receive the yellow invoice from Disney Travel Co. I received a copy of a fax that was sent to my agent from Disney Travel. The fax read "Although prepared with allpossible accuracy, the only information which will be honored is that which appears on the official Walt Disney World computer generated confirmation you will receive seven to ten days after initial booking"After numerous emails and calls to my travel agent she says Disney is not sending these out with best rate purchases. Is this true? I contacted Disney and they will not give me any information. They say since it was booked through a travel agent I have to deal with them. I am concerned that my reservation was not processed properly. I have no proof of my reservation. What should I do?? We are set to leave in Dec.

Re: No Invoice with Best Rate Program? You really have to trust that your agent is doing it right. If you really want to, go to her office (or have her come to your home if she's home based) and have her call them. When she booked, there should have been a confirmation number. Of course, it took over two weeks to get our confirmation a few years ago.

Re: No Invoice with Best Rate Program? When booking the Best Rate I only get an email confirmation that I forward onto my client. If you are concerned, have your agent call Disney and verify that the reservation was processed correctly. Karen

Re: No Invoice with Best Rate Program? Actually, the invoices that travel agents receive can be very confusing to the general public. As long as you have a confirmation number, you (as the guest) can call Disney and ask them to confirm that the reservation exists. We try to make it as simple as possible - the travel industry can be complicated and I am happy to worry about those details for you. It's my passion and I love to spend my days working on travel! Have a great day!
