| Re: CT- Castles, and lunch and Passporters Oh MY! August 5th..Updated Again Hi Amy.. I am going to try to be at this gathering, especially since I live across the river from the castle. There are a few "no name" restaurants in the area. Haddam Pizza (kind of looks like a dive, but good food. Not real expensive, either) is close to the castle area. They have a sit down restaurant area that actually seats quite a few. Also, in Chester there is the Pattaconk Grill. It's another local place, but with good food. It would probably not be difficult to pop in for lunch if need be. Keep me posted as to what everyone decides. KathyL *The casinos could also be fun for a "back-up" gathering spot. |

| Re: CT- Castles, and lunch and Passporters Oh MY! August 5th..Updated Again Kathy thats great that you will try to join us and will keep those places in mind for the back up restaurant. Casinos are nice but we want to make sure those who have children can bring them if they wanted to or needed to so trying to stay kinda towards the family restuarant type place. |
