British meet(s)

The next British meet is now down for Sunday 4 March at the Chatham Historic Dockyard - so far, there are no further plans than that, such as times, but be sure to make a note of that in your diaries!

It's been suggested that after that one, perhaps we should head north a bit - we don't want to give Karen the impression that there's a north / south divide. A couple of ideas - how about either Warwick Castle or Cadbury World? Both would be roughly in between Manchester and London - any thoughts on those or any other ideas of places to go? Any thoughts on when that meet could be arranged for... perhaps if people say when they're away on holiday, that might be a start and we can come up with a date from that.

We're away on the Med cruise from 25 May - 6 June and as soon as we get home, we'll be going up to visit my parents until 10 June. The only other weekend I know is definitely out for us between May and August are 7 / 8 July.

Anyone else?

Re: British meet(s)

I'd love to do the Chatham meet and it might me a little more feasible in March than February.

I think either Cadbury World or Warwick Castle would be fabulous. Never been to either! Maybe in the summer we could also look at Alton Towers (even closer to me )

I'm kind of planning another (Disney ) trip around April 10th for a week, but apart from that I have no plans.

And I hope we'll arrange something when you come up to see your parents, Chez.

Definitely! We're planning on coming up for two or three days, so we'll certainly sort something out - either for the Friday night (8 June) or the Saturday? (9 June)
