Lori - If you can get to Chicago we could drive the rest of the way together. If you wanted to stay overnight in either direction I'm sure we could work something out.

As far as dates go I tentatively have a wedding to go to on the 22nd, but I've hear a rumor that date may change so don't rule it out on my account.

Just looked up flights..US Airways has a flight for $124 one way, non stop. That's not bad, I'll keep looking...

i stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn when i went 2 years ago and it was very nice but you would take a shuttle to the mall and back unless you rented a car.

I told my husband about it today and he says it sounds like a great trip. Which is really suprising because we have never spent a night apart since we married 5 1/2 years ago. But he knows how bad I want to go.

Sue, here is a link to the Bloomington Visitors Bureau website. There are links within it to hotels, packages, tickets and events. I know sometimes they partner with airlines to offer special weekend packages. I hope this helps--it would be great if you could come. Also, for anyone who needs a ride to Sandy and Bob's for the Friday night part, let me know. I only live a few minutes away from the Mall of America, and I could certainly give you a ride there and back. Bloomington, Minnesota Tourism Guide – Minneapolis, St. Paul Area & Bloomington I know it is six months away yet, but I'm excited to see everyone!

We've stayed at the Courtyard Marriot and the Fairfield Inn (I think) near the mall. Jason and I are staying at the Hampton Inn in Richfield at the end of March, so I'll see how that is. I have coupons for there, so that is probably where I'll be for the MOA meet.

I found a good price on the Courtyard at the mall, that looks like where I might be booking.

It looks like I'll be flying in Friday morning (there's a really early flight out of Philly that I will probably book) and flying home Sunday early afternoon.)

Sue-let me know if you need a ride to Sandy and Bob's. I live only a few minutes from the MOA, so it would be no trouble at all. I'm glad that it looks like you will be able to come and join us this year.
