| Michigan Meet let's try this again! I know we have talked before about a doing a Michigan meet. I have lived here since 1995 and I have yet to visit Greenfield Village or the Ford Museum. They have some great Vacation packages on Michigan.org. Would a weekend trip to the Detroit area interest anyone? I thought maybe in September so we could maybe catch a Tigers Game (I have never seen the Tigers play either...I know shame on me). I have no interest in the casinos but some might. ANYONE??? I am willing to do some legwork if anyone expresses interest.

| We're booked-up for three weekends in September, including a wedding that's being held at Greenfield Village (sing along with me, "It's a small world..."), so that's not the best month for us, but otherwise, we're members of The Henry Ford, so a meet there works just fine for us. I've also been thinking about arranging some kind of event at a bookstore or library that would be suitable for folks in this neck of the woods. However, the only pending bookstore event in the region (yet to be scheduled, but in discussion) would be at the Grand Rapids Schuler's Books store. The folks at Schuler's really like PassPorter, so maybe we could work out something at the Okemos store, too.
