| Chicago meet in October? Now that our plans for our grand tour of America are set for October, we're going to be in Chicago over the weekend of 24 - 26 October, so I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a meet, maybe on the evening of Saturday 25 October? I was thinking possibly an early dinner - deep pan pizza has been suggested to me by one PassPorter  and also the idea of checking out the Navy Pier, but I'm open to suggestions of what people would like to do - and also whether you can make that Saturday night. I'm hoping that we'll get together a good gathering of peeps, as I think there are a fair few PassPorters on the boards within easy(ish!) reach of Chicago.

| You know I'll be there! The date has been on my calendar for awhile.  I'm open to any suggestions and will be glad to help with whatever arrangements are necessary.

| I don't work that weekend, so maybe a roadtrip to Chicago might be in order! It sounds like it would be fun!

| Maybe I can rope Jean & Carol into a girls trip to Chicago. If not I might come. Maybe I can find a dog friendly hotel and bring Belle along. I think she needs to visit Wrigley Field

| Well, I finally got the chance to talk to DH about this Chicago meet. He's all for us going, but we'll have the kids. Is that okay? If it is, our plan is to get to Chicago by Friday afternoon and then head back home on Sunday, so a Saturday meet sounds great!!!  |
