The 16th of August is comeing up fast. And if we are going to do our first meet I needs to know if the date is ok with anyone aand to know which would be better for anyone as well as a time.

August 16 is tentatively okay for me, but my Dad is having health problems so I can find myself canceling stuff at the last moment.

I lost track - did we decide where this meet will be? I was still hoping for Arundel Mills so I wouldn't have to drive as far as Potomac Mills. And what sort of format will the meet be? Food court mixer or sit-down somewhere?

Sorry to hear about your dad.Seeing as there isn't much time to plan a sit down lunch I think a food court mixer is best.There is more time to plan for the sit down meet for November.

Been offline for a bit. What's the consensus here? I can probably make a 16th meeting, but I think only if it were in Potomac Mills as I will be running around a lot that weekend getting ready for the next weekend.
With the wedding coming up, I'm sort of booked right now.

I totally understand if you go Arundel Mills though!

Either will be good for me...just back from disney and no work until March. So just keep me in the loop of what date, time and place.

Laurie, I can probably do the 16th. Is there definitely going to be a meet and has a time been set? Is it at Potomac Mills or Arundel.

there will be a meet set for the 16th of august for a food court mixer at arundel mills mall.i will bring blank name tags for who ever doesn't have one already made.may i have a head count as to how many will be there ?i am going to try to get there early to get enough tables .

Hi I am planning on leaveing the vienna metro station at about 7:00 am which hopefully will get me to the Greenbelt Metro Station about 9:00 am I think.
I did a trip planner leaveing the Vienna Station and it says i should get to Arundel Mills Mall at about 9:53 am but does not say that BWI Buisiness District Light Rail train does not leave until 11:00 tomarrow.
So can someone pick me up at the Greenbelt Station please?
