| I was thinking three weeks anyway, especially as we lose a day flying out there - we arrive early morning and you're shattered that day and then we leave in the morning, losing another day on the way back. ![]()

| Japan's Disney parks are the last ones on our list...I'll be disappointed to wait that long but it does give me time to upgrade resorts! I'll be following this thread thanks Cheryl.

| So...after much soul searching and thinking about my life and where it's heading I've decided that I really can't justify saving money for an international trip when there are so many other things I should be saving for. The major thing being, I would like to buy a house. I just can not picture myself being 30 years old and still renting when I could be spending just as much money a month on a mortgage. I really hope everything works out though and I can't wait to hear all about this magical and amazing trip! Maybe by then I'll have pictures of my new home to show off as well |

| I hope it all works out with the house. I don't blame you saving for a mortgage. with that! ![]()

| I'm all for it. I would like to go to Disneyland Paris next year and that would be a great idea to do Japan in 2013. And i think that we would definitely need 2 weeks, going so far away and there's so much to see. I think that 5 days for the Disney parks is a great idea as well as if we're flying so far away, you want to make it worthwhile, it's not like you will be going back the year later, so you want to take the most advantage of it. |

| My youngest DD is graduating that year and she wants to go to Japan for her graduation present. So maybe we can work it out to join you? The only issue would be that she would still be in school in April? We were planning on going in the summer. Anyway, I will keep it in mind!! Maggie

| Such a neat idea!! Not sure if I could swing this but I sure would like to dream. Going to do some digging and exploring to see if this is a possibility.

| We were very lucky with our hotel rooms in Japan, but I'm not sure I'd want three adults in a room, as I know a lot of Japanese hotel rooms are pretty small. By the way, I noticed that Heather and Sharon have been doing some pitching about this trip to Bob (UncleBob) and Larry (LLaffinPlace) - I'm glad to see word is going round...
