| I would love to do this, but getting it by DH might be a challenge. I'll have to bring it up while we're at Disney in Sept and see what his mindset is.

| I'm going to mention this to DH too! We are new DVC members and I'm dying to go check out the other parks! I'll have to start with Cheryl's TR... Cheryl-I know you said it's not the best use of DVC points, but can you tell me more? I know it seems like a lot of points per night etc... This trip could be a good possibility for us though given that it's so far off! Keeping my fingers crossed...ooh, that might not work for 4 years though! LOL...

 As for using points, it's like using points at anywhere apart from the DVC resorts themselves. It's never a great use of the points, but then again, if it's the difference between being able to afford to go and not go... well, I know what I'd rather do!

| So the doorbell rang this morning and it was the postie, with a parcel for me. "Strange", I thought, "I haven't ordered anything, what could this be?". I spied a Customs label, meaning it was from overseas - even stranger! Then I saw the address label of my new Japanese penpal. "It can't be a belated birthday present" I thought, "we've only exchanged one letter each so far, surely she wouldn't be going to the expense of sending me a gift?". So I opened it reeeeeeally carefully, and inside (meticulously wrapped) was this:  HOW SURPRISED AND EXCITED WAS I??????    Actual merchandise from Tokyo Disney!! Bless her, she knows I love Disney and living in Tokyo, the parks are only 40 minutes from her office, so she went after work one night and bought me these - an insulated cup, two Stitch pens and some Japanese candy!! There is even the DisneySea 'Spring Carnival' themed carrier bag that they came in. I was absolutely blown away by her generosity when, to be honest, we barely know each other yet. It has absolutely made my day, week and probably, month. And I just wanted to share it with you all because I know you'll be so much more impressed than my DH was..!  NB Apologies the pic is so big - I resized it in Photobucket but it refuses to display it any smaller than this here..??
