Where: Westfarms Mall near West Hartford, CT, California Pizza Kitchen (and Disney Store, of course!)
Why? Because Disney people are the best people to talk to! Yankee swaps, trivia, maybe some new contests....

Sorry I'll miss this but we'll be in WDW both dates! There is typically a CT PassPorter every summer (at least for the past 5 years running) so maybe we'll see you there!

We will be meeting at Westfarms Mall near West Hartford, CT on Saturday, January 23rd at 1pm for a late lunch. Activities are planned including a Yankee Swap and trivia contests.

I say that $10 should be the limit as some of us are on a really tight budget.

Hi all!

Here are some more details on the meet. We are currently meeting at Westfarms Mall on Saturday, Jan 23rd at 1pm. We are still waiting on the restaurant choice as we have a large group and want to make sure they can accommodate us. I’ll let you know as soon as we have it arranged!

Events planned for the meet:
1. “Where in the World” photo quiz (with fantastic prizes)
2. Pin trading: I will be bringing along about 20 traders (nothing too fancy) if anyone is interested in swapping pins. Or just bring along some of your favorites to show off!
3. Sandy from distrips.net will be bringing along some information on the new Disney Dream cruise ship to share with us.
4. Yankee Swap: those persons interested in participating bring a wrapped $5 (approx) Disney themed gift. Each person receives a number – the first person chooses whichever gift they like and opens it. The second person chooses, opens, and then may trade their gift for the first person’s gift if they like. This goes on until the end, when the first person gets a chance to choose whatever gift they like. Lots of fun and inexpensive.
5. Lunch (of course!)
6. Kids activities (please let me know ages of children so we have appropriate activities)
7. End of meet: group visit to the Disney Store

As of right now we have 20 people coming!! If you know of anyone else who might be interested, please give them my email address and I’ll be glad to add them to the list.
