Welcome to the December 1st PassPorter Mousefest MVMCP meet thread. I will be co-hosting this meet with my fellow partners-in-crime: LizardCop and Tara O'Hara.

I know there are lots of people coming to this meet and it would be nice if everybody planning to attend, but not already on the list would RSVP to this thread so we can have a good idea of how many to expect. (The list-to-date is in the following post, our "Mostly Official keeper of the Passporter meet list"

, Sarah will be adding updates whenever it's necessary)

Due to the scattered ADR's already planned for that night and the time of the early parade, we have decided that there is really only time for one "official" meet held at the Tip Board on Main Street at 8:45 pm. Hopefully that's still early enough for anybody with little ones so we can get a good visit in with all before watching Wishes there. Later, people who want to stick around and watch the late parade with us will be able to pull up a piece of curb nearby.

Of course, that leaves plenty of time for people to set up their own smaller meets earlier if you would like to. Please use a different thread though so that this one doesn't get too confusing. Thank you.

I think this sounds like a good plan. It's what I was wanting to do this year...meet later in time for the fireworks and parade. I think that's the same time we met last year isn't it? Good work Donna!

Uh-oh, you've got some overlap there!

The official MouseFest Wishes Meet is being held in the Rose Garden, starting at 8pm and lasting through the end of Wishes. If the Passporter meet is at 8:45, this will create problems for those of us who want to attend both meets.

Could the time for this meet be pushed back till after Wishes, to prevent overlap?

Will, I don't think we can do that. There are some PassPorters who are bringing young children and I'm already worried that 8:45 may be too late for them. But don't despair! There's still time to meet a bunch of us after Wishes. I'm not certain how many, but I have a feeling a lot of people are going to stick around to watch the late parade. We were thinking that we'll just all find a spot near the Tip Board to watch it from. I don't expect we'll be hard to find! Look for the PassPorter badges and pouches that I'm sure most of us will be sporting!
