iPhone as a Travel Alarm Clock - Creative Tips

Posted 12-15-2007 at 11:34 AM by Jennifer Marx (iPhone, I Travel: Take Your Trip to the Next Level with iPhone)
You can do some really cool things when you use an iPhone as your travel alarm clock:

Pre-Set Wake-Up Alarms Before You Go
You can set many different alarms and SAVE them for future use. If you were really organized before your trip, you could pre-set the necessary wake-up time for each day of your trip, save it with a custom label (i.e., Dec 10 - Pooh Breakfast), and then just use each alarm on the appropriate day of your trip without having to double-check times. iPhone Puts the Internet in Your Pocket

Posted 12-19-2007 at 11:44 AM by Jennifer Marx (iPhone, I Travel: Take Your Trip to the Next Level with iPhone)
With the iPhone, you pretty much always have a ready connection to the Internet. The calling packages available through AT&T include unlimited data access, so you can surf the web on your iPhone most anywhere you have cell coverage. And unlike other cell phones I've tried which claim to have web browsing features, the iPhone uses a real browser (a version of Safari) so the web looks the same as it does on a regular desktop computer. Thanks to my iPhone, I can check in on our message boards while...

Great News!

Posted 12-21-2008 at 08:16 AM by MattUGA (Matters of My Mind)
I surprised myself by graduating with my master's degree a semester early. I worked my butt off! Even better news, the school I worked at last year has hired me back starting next month. They had two teachers quit. Well, let's just say that the sudden influx in more cash means a better WDW trip in June! haha I wish I got paid this week though! lol

Open Mouse

Posted 07-17-2012 at 06:39 PM by Kelly66 (Minni-Mizing with the Mouse)
One of the things I was able to do on my College Program was attend an 'Open Mouse' as the Wide World of Sports (I guess) transformed into ESPN. It was definitely an adventure. I honestly can't remember if I took the college program bus or if I rented a car. They had kind of a little self-guided walking tour -which was great for me because I had never really been there and I doubt I would have ever really had another occasion to go. They had a tent set up with health information too. There was...

What's new!

Posted 05-25-2013 at 08:32 AM by Angileyze1
Been too long. Since I last wrote, we managed a move but not to Florida. Yet. Georgia had a job opening and we've now been here a year. My kids have grown and left with the exception of my adult autistic daughter. We've added two boys to our family, two Golden Retrievers. Tucker and Gunner and we adore them. Since I last blogged, I've taken 4 Carnival cruises, all safely, thank-you (yes I still love Carnival and will continue to cruise with them) I lost my mom this past January, and been to WDW
