happy march!

wow, hard to believe it is almost march. where has the year been going to? i have been very blessed with being able to take several day trips and one weekend trip to the happy place and have met up with a few of you here. it has been great fun for me. thankfully, with all the stressors going on in everyone's life, i am so very lucky to live close enough to just drive on "over there" (as hubby is fond of calling it) when i need to blow off a little steam. i really have not been noticing...

gonna do christmas at the happy place!

ok, so i guess we are going to go after all....i have always thought the happiest place on earth might be even more magical on christmas day, but that a lot of others will be thinking that as well! oh, and who could pass up the chance to spend the day there with hubby who so seldom offers to go with me "over there". we really don't have firm plans and won't leave for another few hours most likely, am hoping that way a lot of the crowds will be thinned out some...back to the resorts for...

things are quite hectic around here, no end in site. it is either feast or famine with my job and i guess i should just be grateful to be getting an excellent paycheck to spend at the YC in less than a month! stress level is so high from work that most nights i am up and not able to sleep. people are weirding out all over the place around here. undercutting is the norm. when i mentioned i needed a day off (have had one day off in past two weeks) i was told no. i have two "slaves"...

oh i am so proud of myself to be able to actually figure out how to make a blog. wow. i feel important somehow...so many famous people have blogs. i am not really having too much interesting or important to say this evening. i am looking forward to my upcoming trip to the happy place on tuesday...after voting of course. sure wish that i had found the time in the past three years (i keep promising myself and never find the time or a way to accomplish it) to learn french. well, maybe next year!
