Feeling sad

Last night was rough. My self-esteem was really starting to improve, but took a big hit last night. I don't even know what to say that would be appropriate on a public blog... Just feeling bad.

    I go through periods of that, for me it's a total pity party where I feel so bad for myself for several different reasons. I hope you start to feel better soon.
