I remember this_old_blog_entry when I questioned how blogworthy my daily thoughts are. I realized that, for me, the best thing about this blog is the fact that other people are posting their accomplishments and comments.

When I look at the_entry_for_posting_goal_updates, I see that alot is going on.

Did you ever notice that, if you keep up with things, you end up having an easier time with them?

I've been putting years of backbreaking work into planting, clearing weeds, trimming, clearing weeds, carving out little garden areas and, did I mention, clearing weeds?

Well, each year it seems to take a little less time to make the yard MUCH nicer.

This year I must have already put in about 20 hours in the front yard but, after maybe five more bags of mulch,...

I have several goals, and one main goal is to clean winter from the yard and make it beautiful.

It's been hours and hours of weeding, trimming shrubs, and clearing away brush, and it still doesn't look like anything.

I think all goals have those thankless steps that feel like putting beads on a string with no knot at the end.

So, my Easter gift to you is this:

Great job with that work you did that somehow does not look as if you accomplished...
