Toilet Paper Points

I just LOVE toilet paper points!

They are the little sign left behind by housekeeping helpers to say "I've been here!"

Toilet paper points are usually found when you come back to a hotel room after a long day of seeing sights. They let you know you are being taken care of.

Another great housekeeping gift is towel animals. Some can be quite artistic! I love towel animals when they greet me from a windowsill or sit nicely on a pillow.

One great thing about Disney is that they often leave surprises like photos signed by characters, birthday balloons, all sorts of things.

What are some of the cheery greetings that housekeepers have left for you on your vacations?

In 2005 they left us a nest with birds inside (all made of towels) and a towel toothbrush holder. In 2008 we got a towel dog.

We went on a cruise for our 20th anniversary and when we came back to our room on the date of the anniversary there was a heart shaped set of towels twisted and entwined. It was beautiful, and meant so much more than just another animal, considering the occasion
