wow, hard to believe it is almost march. where has the year been going to? i have been very blessed with being able to take several day trips and one weekend trip to the happy place and have met up with a few of you here. it has been great fun for me. thankfully, with all the stressors going on in everyone's life, i am so very lucky to live close enough to just drive on "over there" (as hubby is fond of calling it) when i need to blow off a little steam. i really have not been noticing the effects of our so called recession. people are spending like crazy in the restaurants (even the higher priced ones) and in all the shops. heck, world of disney shop last sunday was a madhouse...you could hardly get through it! it makes me sad when i read some of you have had to cancel trips and won't be able to experience a little magic of your own. i am wishing on a star that the economy turns around, that we all keep our jobs, and that things in general keep getting better. yeah, i know...pollyana here....kiss kiss to you all!
