| basically a very high powered vertical wind tunnel that simulates freefall/skydiving. the more skilled can do flips and other tricks in it. they actually went to one on a recent episode of mythbusters where they were testing to see if someone standing straight and tall could freefall faster than someone who was spread out in the traditional sense (testing a scene from point break).. and... they could.
