I wonder too (bit long)

I am not familiar with the pirates dinner. Is this a new character meal, or is it part of the pirates cruise adventure? Sounds interesting at the least. Our little DGD has been into the princesses on past trips, but now she is really into Pirates of the CAribbean and High School Musical as well as the princesses! I too look forward to reading about the pirate thing. Thanks for bringing it up....

Mideval Times

How the heck do you spell Midevil? You would think as a history major I could remember! Anyway, We have been to the Medeval Times show in Myrtle Beach and liked it very much. The food was good and so was the entertainment.

My Parents go to the Arabian Nights show a lot because as Disney CMs they can get in for like 10.00, they say it is really good.

The Pirate Show sounds interesting too!

My brother and sister in law did Medieval Times last year. They said it was a bit cheesy, but still fun and they would do it again if we wanted to go (I consider that high praise for a meal like that from two vegetarians!)

I did the Pirate's Dinner Adventure in California. It was their opening night, and things were in a state of disarray. The food was OK, but the show was definitely a lot of fun. I'd like to do the one in Florida, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

A 12 and 9 year old would definitely enjoy it.

But I also have a question about dinner theaters. Has anyone been to Capone's Dinner & Show in Kissimmee? There are plenty of half-price tickets available (including from their website), but I wonder how the show is.

My sister saw this for free last year with her school kids...she said it wasn't very good. I fact I think she used the word "stupid".

If you want to see an outstanding dinner show go to Arabian Nights!!! The show is beautiful, the food is pretty good and the horses are very impressive!

I saw the Pirates show, my son was with me (he was 11). I thought it was reasonably good fun, he really enjoyed it. I've just asked him what he liked best about it and he said "the gold pirate coins they threw into the audience because I caught one"

I assume they were plastic!!!

Food was okay as far as I can recall - I don't remember much about it.

When I was in college I worked at Medevial Times in MB, SC and it was a very fun place to work and I thought the show was great. It has gotten very expensive over the years, however you get a good bit of food for the $$ and a fun entertaining show.

We have not done the Pirate show but tried to look into it last year. Had a hard time finding much info on it.

I had done a review on this page: MouseSteps - Non-WDW Content

with pics of the Pirates Adventure Show. It was better than I was expecting it would be - we had fun, and the food wasn't bad.

We went to Medieval Times in Orlando several years ago when my stepson was about 7 years old. We all enjoyed it.

I went a few years ago, it was awful! We got our food last and it was cold and unedible. We all ended up at TGIF's afterwards. The show was stupid. Hopefully they got their act together since then, but I will never go back - not even with free tickets. I would do Mideval Times, Hoop De Doo Review, or the Luau at Sea World instead.
