| Everglades !? Hi, not sure if this is the place to post, but I'll try! We are huge Natl Park fans and we would LOVE to see Everglades Natl Park but there is no way we can drive all the way down there in the amount of time we have. Is there somewhere near either WDW or KSC that is ecologically similar? I know it wouldn't be the big park, but it would give us "desert dwellers" from CA an idea of what it's like? What can you suggest

| Hi we went to Merritt Island Nat.Refuge in Titusville.Itīs an hour drive from WDW.There is a Wildlife Info center, some nice walking trails, the Blackpoint Wildlife Drive(lots of Birds and Gators)and a Manatee Viewing Plattform at the Haulover Canal. And if you have som time left,Playalinda beach is beautiful. We enjoyed it so much that we are going there again in 3 weeks prior to our Disney Cruise. Greetings from Germany Conny |
