SW crowds during MLK holiday?

I'm planning a January 2010 trip (I know, waaaay far ahead, but part of the joy of the trip is the planning, right?). Anyway, I'm planning now on arriving the Saturday or Sunday of the Martin Luther King holiday at WDW and considering spending that Monday (the actual MLK holiday) at Sea World. Anyone have any idea what the crowds might be like? Would I be better off saving Sea World for the middle of the week? Thanks for any ideas and feedback!
