| Should we go to Sea World We are going to WDW in September for 10 days and we trying to decide if we want to spend a day at Sea World. We have 3 DS's (6,4,1). We have been to Disney/Universal many times, but never made the trip over to Sea World. Should we give up a second day at Universal for SW? Is there enought to keep the kids busy? Thank you for your input! |

| If you are in the mood for some diversity - and you haven't been before - I say go for it!

| Sea World I highly recommend Sea World. There is tons to do and the dolphin shows are awesome. I love animals so this park was good for me and there was quite a bit for the kids to do. On that note, I made the trip to SW with a combo ticket to Discovery Cove. I cannot tell you how wonderful that trip was last year. We bypassed Disney last year (I know...I apologize now) and bought a ticket to Discovery Cove to swim with the dolphins. We booked early and went off season, so for about $180 per person we got a day at Discovery Cove and 14 days unlimited at Busch Gardens and Sea World. My teenage children still talk about that trip and tell me of all the places we have gone this was the best, as does my husband.

| Definitely - there's plenty there to keep kids entertained. We went with our six year old niece and three year old nephew and they loved it there. ![]()

| I love SW; we go every year we go to WDW. The shows are amazing. There are extra tours you can do and can now register on-line. I've never been quite happy with the dining options, so we always do "Dine with Shamu" You get to eat backstage, with great close-ups of Shamu and the buffet is really good. If you are so inclined, there is unlimted budweiser products too. There is a fair amount of walking, and it all has a more laid back feeling. The Journey to Atlantis ride is fun as well; however, you can get SOAKED on it.

| I think with the ages of your kids that they'd prefer SW over USF ![]()

| Sea World by all means! There's plenty to see and do. The shows are wonderful. It's a different experience than the "theme" parks. There's Shamu's Happy Harbor over by the Shamu Show which has plenty to keep your kids happy from climbing structures, to cute "kiddie" rides, a water play area, skill games. Sea World just has a little more laid back, relaxed feel to it. Go and enjoy!

| We just came back from Seaworld. We spent 5 wonderful days and loved every minute of it. This is coming from a Disney nut !!!!! Well worth it. Dine with Shamu & Sharks grill were the best . So good we are planning a surprise trip to Disney & Seaworld for our son in December.

| DD loves SeaWorld. She's been at 2, 5 and 6 -- every time there were things she enjoyed. Even if you don't want the beer samples, be sure to stop by the Busch pavilion to see the Clydesdales. They must have made quite an impression on DD -- when we did the brewery tour in St Louis last summer, she said "Wow mom, these horses are as big as the ones at Sea World!"

| We love Sea World. But you say you are going for 10 days? I would do Universal for 2 days, as there are 2 parks, so 1 day wouldn't be enough, and take another day for Sea World.
