| Is it possible... to do Seaworld all in one day on a Saturday in June?? I am trying to get ideas for something different for us to do the Saturday before our cruise next summer. Looking at this year's calender the park will probably be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. We can probably be there shortly after opening and stay as late as needed that evening. And has anyone stayed at the Residence Inn Seaworld?? I can get government rates there so we are considering staying there. Last edited by MontiMouse; 06-12-2008 at 03:01 PM. |

| It's possible to do most of the park, but you may have to choose between some shows, as they have one show getting out, another is starting at the other end of the park, so not enough time to get from one to the other. Pick which ones you have to see. the rest is no problem. Stay for the fireworks, they are great. We stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn, which was convienent as it is walking distance, so didn't have to rely on hotel shuttles. I think The Residence Inn is just up the block from the Hilton. Enjoy your stay.

| We just cam back from Florida and Loved The Residence Inn Seaworld so much so that we are going back in November !!!! I have pictures of it if you want to send your e -mail . You could do Seaworld if you really followed a strict plan. We were surprised at how much we loved Seaworld. It is really a beautiful place. plus you will be so close to Seaworld. By cab it was only $ 5.00. Plus they have a shuttle .

| In my experience, it's a challenge.... The shows are scheduled in such a way to make it inconvenient for you to do everything in one day easily.

| I agree, it would be a challenge. Esp with kids. You will be hoofing it all over to catch attractions. The shows are the best. Just don't miss the sea-lion show and of course, Believe. |

| Thanks everyone for your responses. It looks like we will be doing Seaworld next summer but not before a cruise. We are going to spend a week at Disneyworld instead so I am thinking we may do Seaworld for a full day on the Monday and half a day on the Tuesday. That should give us enough time to see what we want and still get to spend enough time at Disneyworld as well. Any thoughts on that scenario?? Last edited by MontiMouse; 07-01-2008 at 01:56 PM. |

| Seaworld has a deal where you can by a 1 day ticket and get a second day free. You can see everything in Seaworld in 2 days. My faves -Shamu show -Blue Horizons -Clyde and Seamore show -Wild Arctic -Odyssea -all the animal venues -Kraken (very intense floorless coaster)

| don't forget Journey to Atlantis!! So much fun! So how many days are you allotting to WDW? IMHO you will need 2 days for MK, 2 days for Epcot, & one day each for AK, & The Studios. You can do it in less, but you would have to pick & choose what is important to you to see. I would check out the touring plans in The Unofficial Guide Book, or their web site touringplans.com They work pretty well, less time spent in line-ups, more time on the attractions.

| Journey to Atlantis is on the list of things not to miss. We will have 4-1/2 days at WDW for that trip but we will be spending a whole week there in late February 2009 and also going back for a week at Thanksgiving. We are DVC members and have AP's so the June trip will just be to hit the highlights of Disney and spend some mother/daughter time together. |

| My DH absolutely loves the Kraken. He can't wait til we are there and can ride it. I lost count how many times he went on it last time we were at SeaWorld.

| I love Kraken too, & Journey to Atlantis!! Looks like we'll be in Orlando around the same time! Wish I could ride Kraken more, but too many loops & then I don't feel so good!
