Unhappy Lost annual tickets (2 yrs) for Busch Gardens and Seaworld

Hello all, unfortunately we've lost our tickets. I went to the Busch Gardens website and was unable to find anything on lost ticket replacements. So, since I am a forum lover, I figured I'd Google "Busch Gardens forum" and here I am. I was hoping that I could get some information on getting our tickets replaced. Anybody know how we could go about doing that? If you could link me to a page, give me an email or a phone number, that would be fantastic. Also, is it even POSSIBLE to have replacement tickets sent? I certainly hope so. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

well, if its anything like WDW, and you haopefully had your ticket numbers seperate from the tickets, it shouldn't be a problem to contact guest relations at either park and explain the situation and give them the ticket numbers. I'm sure that would do the trick. If you don't have any proof of buying the tickets like the ticket numbers, or receipt or anything, You MAY be out of luck. Maybe someone else knows some more info?

Welcome to Passporter, White Tiger.

While I haven't had to replace a pass to Busch Garden, I have had to replace a lost annual pass to WDW. It was quite simple.

Have the annual passes been activated at all yet, or was this their first use, ie, you just had a voucher that hadn't been put into their computer.

If they were used at the park already - your information should all be in Busch Garden's computer, and given your photo ID, they should be able to simply reissue the tickets.

If it was a voucher that you purchased online that hasn't been used - it gets a little more tricky. Do you have the receipt - and hopefully a record of the voucher number? If so - with WDW - you give them that information - they check to ensure that the voucher hasn't been activated - and they will re-issue the ticket, and void out the original lost ticket. I hope that Busch Gardens will be as accomodating.

I'm assuming that you have a platinum passport that has gone missing.

Have you tried contacting Busch Gardens directly yet? Here's the contact info link Busch Gardens Tampa Bay - Park Information - Contact Us They include both a toll free number and an email contact address.

Good luck, and let us know how you make out.

Welcome to the boards! Like the others have said, hopefully you have a voucher or invoice #. I would use the phone # to speak with them too. Good luck.

If you have activated your passport, all you need to do is visit the Guest Services window, show a picture ID, and you can get your passports reprinted.

If you have not activated your passport, it gets a little trickier. Did you buy your passport online or from a local AAA office? If you bought them online, you can go to the online ticket store on Busch Gardens website. You can type in your e-mail and password. There you can see all your previous orders. You will be able to bring up and print out other vouchers to use to activate your passport. If you bought them from AAA, you can try your receipt and see if the park will take that.

The bottom line is that if you bought a passport (or any A-B park tickets, for that matter), your purchase is somehow logged in somewhere. Guest Services more than likely will be able to find you in their system and get you the passports.

Good luck!

As Barry said, if it has been activated, you can either get a temporary pass if you left it at home or an actual replacement. If you happen to find your original, throw it out, as the barcode is now invalid.

If you have a voucher from online, purchased from the actual BG website, chances are it is able to be traced at Guest Relations. AAA vouchers are not in the same system, and will not be able to be found. A receipt will not be enough to find them, unless maybe the ticket numbers are on that receipt, but it's never guaranteed. You would need to go to AAA and get reprints.
