We've been at Christmas time a couple of times before. Yes, it is decorated, but not to the same extent that the Disney parks are. There's a Christmas tree at the entrance and some nice decorations throughout the park, but it's not as spectacular as you find at Disney.

and they put the lights up on the tower to make it into a big X-mas tree effect which looks cool at night....

My thoughts exactly.
Do they still do the "snow" on the waterfront at night?

We went in Dec of 2004; and it was COLD, COLD, COLD! I can't remember much of the decorations, since everything was covered up due to the frost warnings. We have a pix in front of the tree at the entrance, but that is the only thing that jumps out at me.

Thumbs up Polar Express Ride

Last year they had this cool Polar Express Ride that my kids loved!! After the ride you arrive at the North Pole, with the polar bears & beluga whales, a huge tree, elves, and Santa! It was really great, hopefully they will have it again this year.

We were at Seaworld in 06 as I love the parks at Christmastime. We were there on a particularly cold day because I kept searching for hot coffee. The park is decorated but not overdone and the most memorable thing for me was the "Christmas with Shamu" show complete with beautiful Christmas music and of course the Clydesdale all dressed up in their holiday finery. It's a great time to go.

They had a really cool synchronized water/laser/light show in the lagoon. You have to remember that almost anything you do pales in comparison to WDW - if you keep that in mind you won't be disappointed.

I just came back from Florida and we did Sea World, Disney and Universal - SeaWorld was very decorated for the Holiday - they also did a special Shamu show that was wonderful and touching. They also put "snow in the main sidewalk" (bubble) but it makes you feel like it's snowing.. I would highly recommend it, very nice.
