| Big trip 2010 Hi everyone, I am planning a big trip to Disney and Universal and possibly DC & SeaWorld in Aug. of 2010. We've never been to Universal before and considering HP World is opening in 2010 (and this is our biggest motivation for going there), how many days should I allot to Universal? Also, I know Discovery Cove comes with admission to one park and we'd probably choose SeaWorld. Is it unlimited visits or one day? Thanks for the help! |

| I would allot at least 2 days to USF/IOA, if you want to see everything those parks have to offer. When friends of mine did Discovery Cove a few years ago, the extra park offer was good for 7 days of unlimited admission.

| Thanks! I'm thinking 3-4 days Universal so they can do whatever rides they want a few times and we can overdo Harry Potter. I'll be spending a lot of time there because, frankly, some of those rides look terrifying. Then two days SeaWorld and one day Discovery Cove then on to Disney! How does that sound? |

| Universal use to have a promotion for buy 2 days get the third day free. Not sure is they are doing that any more, but when it was offered, it was worth the price.

| I would allocate at least two days to Universal. I seem to recall that, the last time we went to Discovery Cove, they had two levels of admission, with one offering seven days admission to SeaWorld and the other offering 14 days - that may have had Busch Gardens admission included as well. That might be worth investigating to see if they're still doing that.

| Wow, that's alot of parks, how much time do you have there? We usually alternate WDW, and Universal/SeaWorld years. I would allocate 3 days for Universal, one day at each park, then a day to go back & do your favs.

| I ditched DC for 2010 and we may still do one day at SW, two or three for US/IOA and ten for WDW. We can't go this year and it's torturing me so I'm planning a big, great trip for next year!! Thanks! |
