| Has anyone done this in August? The company's website http://www.floridamanateetours.com/tour-rates-3/ says the best time to see the manatees is Nov-march , but they do year round tours. They advise an early morning tour in the summer. Just wondered if it was worth it in August. If you have done it, which tour company did you use? We have all day Sunday in FL before our WDW package starts on Monday. Just looking for something unique to do. If not this then Silver Springs glass bottom boat it is |

| I have done it in the spring, but not summer. There are many fewer manatees in the area in the summer - and you might not see anything at all. The water can be COLD (by people standards) esp in the early morning.
