Bears themselves are typically between $15 - 20. What gets you are the multitude of outfits and goodies for them, that can range anywhere from a couple bucks to $20-30 for an outfit. I belong to their "Stuff for Stuff" club and get emails with coupons. Check out their website (Build-A-Bear Workshop-United States: Home Page) to see what you can find.

You can get out of BAB for as little as $15 or 20, but $30 is probably a safer budget amount. We took the GS troop last year on an outing and most girls spent $28-30.

I agree, it depends on the animal they choose and if you choose outfits.

The least expensive animal they have is $10 and the highest priced I have seen is $25. (locally anyways)

The accessories range from $1.50 to $20 (they range from individual accessories to complete outfits/sets)

Whenever we take DD, if we allow her to buy an animal AND outfit, she typically spends about $30-40 before tax (if she gets the mid-priced or highest priced animal)

You may want to try TRex for build a dinosaur as something unique as there are lots of build a bears around the country. The prices run about the same for the dinosaurs and it is a good theme restaurant in Downtown Disney as well.

Doesn't the BAB at Florida mall have WDW merchandise?
We let DD go to BAB in California because she could get her bear with a Disneyland tee shirt and mouse ears.

I was under the impression that the BABW at DL was the only one that had any kind of Disney merchandise outside of the normal Princess outfits.

I have heard that there is no WDW specific stuff. :

The Build-A-Bear Workshop store in Florida Mall does have more Diney stuff than the usual BABW store and some special Florida only items and special Orlando themed stuff. Also at Build-A-Dino inside the Trex Cafe there is some great stuff ad all your BABW stuff fits them too.

Bears start at $10 and you can dress a very cute bear for under $25. We have some adorable animals also at only $12. If you have time before your trip to email me with your address, I will mail you a coupon. Maxine @buildabear.com
