| special needs at SW does anyone know what SW's policy is regarding alternative entrances, etc. for special needs (not physically but developmentally handicapped who have difficulty waiting in the regular lines)? At WDW we use the fastpass entrance. I have tried calling SW but never seem to get a "real person" on the phone. thanks!

| I know that they call for disabled people to board first, but other than that, I'm not really sure. A tip given to me by my friend who sets up a lot of the automated phone systems is to just keep pressing 0, even if it's not an option given. Most of those systems are set up so that pressing 0 will ring you through. Also, I got a real person with SW by pressing through the numbers to purchase a ticket over the phone on their 800-I FLY SWA number. Hope this helps.
