Anyone have any educated guesses on what part of October Legoland will open? I want to try to plan a trip during MNSSHP and Food & Wine. Not sure if we can handle all the excitement! I could do the last day of MNSSHP and stay long enough for first MVMCP too...
Well, actually ..... I just searched the Winter Haven public records and found this in the November 2010 City of Winter Haven Planning Commission Meeting notes:
"Ms. [Erin] Tilghman [Planning Manager] asked the Commissioners to complete the Community Development Block Grant CDBG program survey and directed them to the SWFWMD's Florida Friendly Landscaping Principles pamphlet distributed to them. Also meetings have been held on the Central Polk Parkway and FDOT is still taking public comments on Centralpolkparkway.com. She also advised that LEGOLAND Florida has announced it's opening date of October 15 2011. [Source]
