Resort/Hotel: Pop 12/29; then on to Saratoga Springs 12/30 - 1/5

Editing--We're postponing this trip until July. We could go for 1 week in Dec/Jan or two in July, and Joe and Aidan voted for July (Danny abstained LOL). They preferred the hot weather on our last August trip to the cooler whether this past January---- oh well.

I simply can't believe I am traveling back to Disney again. My daughter and I just returned from her first trip in January 2007!!!

Celebration: Traveling with my brother's church, our first family vacation since my brother and I left home.

Celebration: No specific celebration - just need to get away and what better way to use the time off of work

We're still talking but, we'll be going back in January! This'll be 3 years in a row! Just trying to find out when the marathon will be and a few other dates. Stay tuned.

Adventurers: Myself, DD (10), friends Alan and Amy and their parents
Resort: Villas @ Wilderness Lodge
Celebration: My friends are running in the Disney marathon and Alan is going to do the Goofy. We are going down to cheer them on.

Date: Jan. 10 - 14
Adventurers: just myself (11 time visitor) and best friend, Amanda, aka Manda (2 time visitor)
Resort/Hotel: Port Orleans French Quarter
Celebration: We are busting our butts off right now preparing for the half marathon. I have full intentions to complete this race!!!

It's kind of a solo trip for myself. A break from the kids and I get to challenge myself to this race. I'm meeting up with Manda who will already be there with her extended family, but we're sharing the room around race time. I'm also meeting up with some good friends from Fayetteville, Arkansas who are also running the half marathon. They're staying at their timeshare offsite. So it's kind of a gathering of old friends -- all us girls have been friends since 4th grade!!

Adventurers: Me- Darcie (33) DH- Chris (38) DD- Halle (4) DS- Jackson (2) (the kids will be time of the trip)
Resort/Hotel: staying at All-Star Movies
Celebration: The last 2 trips we have taken extended family, but are ready for a trip with just us!
Meetings: Up for any PP meetings.



UPDATE: Trip cancelled. Hopefully will be able to plan a trip soon.

We are both so excited, well i am. DH is having trouble getting excited about something that is 6 months away. I on the other had can hardly control the excitment. this is a big trip for us as we come from Australia. It is costing $6000 just for our airfares. I want to plan every detail so that we can experience as much as possible.

I have been to may disney destinations, all except for Paris DIsneyland ut i am so excited as it will be my first time in the Disney Cruise Line. It looks amazing
